We are happy to welcome you and kindly invite you to read our house rules. The rules we ask you to follow at the B&B are not only the legal ones but, above all, those of common sense and mutual respect. By giving you the keys, we are entrusting you with our home: please take care to close doors and windows and turn off the lights when you leave.
Since the B&B is a small family-run property, there is no reception available throughout the day as in hotels. We therefore ask every guest to communicate the expected arrival time by phone, at least 24 hours in advance. Arriving without informing us of the time may cause unpleasant waits.
Upon arrival at the B&B, please present valid identity documents (Passport or ID card), required by current registration laws. Failing to comply with this obligation constitutes a violation of criminal law and authorises us to ask for immediate departure from the B&B. Guests' data is handled in accordance with current privacy regulations.
Rooms are available from 2:00 PM and must be vacated by 11:00 AM on the day of departure.
In accordance with regional law and for safety and respect of other guests, the use of stoves is not allowed; we do however permit the consumption of ready-made food, in which case it will be your responsibility to tidy the used areas.
Daily room cleaning takes place between 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM. After that time, cleaning will be postponed to the following day, so please leave the rooms during the scheduled cleaning hours and display the appropriate sign correctly. Linen and towel changes happen every 3 days depending on the number of nights. For stays under 3 nights no change is performed, only room cleaning. Extra changes can be requested for a supplement.
Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the rooms and common areas. This rule protects non-smokers and future guests, in addition to complying with current laws.
Please note that the rooms do not have safes. We invite you not to leave any valuables unattended in the rooms, bathrooms or common areas. Guests are asked to always close doors and windows. The B&B accepts no liability for loss, theft or damage to items left in the rooms, bathrooms and common areas, nor for any damage to third parties. Any damages must be declared and reimbursed immediately to the host.
In accordance with the B&B rules and Municipal Police regulations, please observe silence between 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM and between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
It is strictly forbidden to receive visits or additional guests other than those staying at the B&B. We kindly ask for proper, civil use of the bathrooms — please do not throw anything into the toilet (use the bins provided). We also ask you to turn off lights and air conditioning whenever you leave the room.

Frequently asked questions
- Where is Villa Antè?
- Villa Antè is in Angri, in the province of Salerno, at via Campia 52. The ruins of Pompeii are 15 minutes away by car, the Sanctuary of Pompeii 10, Sorrento 40, Amalfi and Positano about 55.
- How do I book?
- You book directly with us: on WhatsApp, by email at info@villaante.com or by phone at +39 338 4765205. There is no online booking engine and no agency commission.
- What are the check-in and check-out times?
- Rooms are available from 14:00 and must be left by 11:00. Check-in is self-service, with the code to the key safe, but please let us know your arrival time at least 24 hours in advance.
- Is parking included?
- Yes. Parking is free, uncovered and reserved for guests, inside the property.
- Is breakfast included?
- Yes, Italian breakfast is included and is served in the shared kitchen.
- How many rooms are there and what are they like?
- Six, of two kinds: four Standard and two Superior. The Standard Double Room with Balcony sleeps 2; the Superior Double Room with Balcony is larger, has a bathroom with bidet and shower and sleeps up to 3 with the extra bed. All of them have a private balcony, a private bathroom, air conditioning, free WiFi, a fridge and a smart TV with Netflix.
- Are pets allowed?
- Yes, pets are welcome. Just tell us when you book.
- Can I smoke?
- No. Smoking is not allowed in the rooms or in the indoor common areas.
- Can I use the kitchen?
- The shared kitchen is available to guests for light meals and ready-made food. Using the hobs is not allowed: regional rules for bed & breakfasts forbid it.
- What languages do you speak?
- Italian, English and Spanish.
- Do you pick guests up at the airport or the station?
- Yes, on request. It is a paid service and subject to availability, so it has to be arranged in advance: write to us with the date, time and place of arrival and we will tell you whether we can manage it and what it costs. For Naples there is also the bus, which is what we recommend: the stop for lines 75 and 76 of Busitalia Campania is about a hundred metres away, on via Campia.
